He advises them on a daily basis in the implementation of their projects in close contact with their legal departments and their managers, on sometimes complex issues and in situations of extreme urgency. This experience enables him to effectively meet the expectations of the firm’s clients and to build a working relationship based on trust and efficiency.

Anthony Quevarec assists local authorities, their associations, public institutions and public and private companies (in particular constructors, developers and real estate companies) in carrying out large-scale operations, from their conception (legal structuring, land management, obtaining authorisations, adapting local urban planning regulations, etc.) to their completion (in particular contract execution) and, where necessary, managing disputes (summary proceedings or proceedings on the merits before all judicial and administrative courts) or alternative procedures (Independent administrative authorities (AAI- Autorités administratives indépendantes), Consultative Committee for Amicable Settlement (CCRA- Comité Consultatif de Règlement Amiable), mediation, etc.).

Anthony Quevarec regularly acts in special areas of public procurement law: public contracts awarded by contracting entities (judicial pre-contractual summary proceedings) pursuant to specific contractual stipulations (SNCF public contracts or airport companies), subsequent contracts under framework agreements or global contracts of the design-build type.

Anthony Quevarec regularly provides training in public procurement law, on issues relating to both contracting and execution, for buyers and economic operators.
