Alban Renaud has been advising French companies for more than 15 years in their projects with China.
As the head of the firm’ s local practice, he advises on all corporate law issues (WFOE, JV, representative offices), M&A, intellectual property, international contracts and employment law.
He assists several French groups in their investments in China, in particular in setting up and developing projects with Chinese partners as well as a large number of TWAs and SMEs.
Alban Renaud is one of the founders and coordinators of the agriculture and food processing working group of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China.
