Financial support mechanisms for companies are based on complex and constantly changing regulations. Whether in the form of subsidies, loan guarantees or public loans, state aid is often little known, even though these are valuable financial tools in the life of a company. However, their payments are not without risk for public bodies and the beneficiaries themselves.
ADAMAS teams assist their clients to ensure the legality of planned aid measures or to prepare notification dossiers. They also work to ensure that certain measures (equity investments, loan guarantees, loans) are carried out under normal market conditions in order to avoid distorting competition.
Over the years, Adaltys has acquired recognised expertise and experience in this area. Its teams defend several local authorities before the national administrative courts in major disputes in which the issue of the illegality of public support is raised.

- Acquisition of a stake by a Region in a commercial company for the production/distribution of Hydrogen.
- Defending a local authority in the context of two compensation disputes resulting from aid illegally paid to a competitor (stakes: €135m)
