Open since 2002, our Shanghai office has been involved for nearly 20 years in the opening of China to foreign investors and has assisted a very large number of French and European companies in their local establishments. Its teams intervene daily in Shanghai and the neighbouring provinces of Jiangsu and Zhejiang, but also throughout China in coordination with the Adamas office in Beijing.

Our mixed Franco-Chinese teams are composed of expert lawyers and our French partner has been present locally for more than 15 years. Lawyers in the Shanghai office cover all specialised legal areas including litigation and business criminal law.

The office’s teams are particularly involved in all issues relating to establishing a business (creation of a company), commercial contracts, intellectual property rights protection and employment law. As far as Shanghai is concerned, operations in the agriculture and food-processing, digital, construction and infrastructure sectors are particularly dynamic.
