The Bordeaux office was established in 2015. It is constantly developing its activity in the south-west of France and overseas under the impetus of Xavier Heymans, a partner who has been a member of the Bordeaux Bar since 2004. Over the years, Adaltys Bordeaux has integrated new talents with the successive arrivals of Pauline Platel in 2016, Anthony Quévarec in 2017 and Chloé Fischer in 2019, as associate lawyers.
Located in the centre of the capital of the Nouvelle Aquitaine region, at Cours de l’Intendance, Adaltys Bordeaux provides its clients with the benefit of a strong local presence and a specialised national and international structure that is the Adaltys law firm.
Adaltys Bordeaux assists local authorities, their groupings, public institutions, public companies and local, national and international private companies in carrying out large-scale operations, from their conception (legal structuring) to their completion (execution).
The office is involved in a number of high-profile environmental disputes relating to public infrastructure on behalf of project leaders and in the context of operations of national interest.
Adaltys Bordeaux, which is close to the western coast of France, also assists local authorities and government departments in the development of shoreline and back-shore areas, and in managing shoreline recession on the Atlantic, Mediterranean and overseas coasts.
