A lawyer since 2011, Quentin Chassany provides cross-disciplinary support to public and private project developers on land use planning issues, both in urban planning and public procurement.
He advises them on regulatory (local urban planning) and operational (review and issuance of urban planning permits) urban planning matters, as well as on the implementation of large-scale projects. In litigation, he appears before administrative, civil, and criminal courts (urban planning offenses).
Quentin Chassany also advises them on all matters relating to public procurement law and complex contracts. His experience enables him to understand all the legal aspects of a project: assessing needs, identifying innovative solutions, providing legal certainty, competitive bidding, and concluding and executing contracts. He also has recognized expertise in local public service management and acts as a project manager in many areas, including public water services, sanitation, and beach services (ZMEL, beaches).
Quentin Chassany regularly leads training sessions on urban planning and public procurement for his clients (elected officials, civil servants).
