Luigi Gallo has been an associate lawyer at the Lyon office since 2023.
He practices public business law, with a particular focus on public contracts, state property, the creation of public and semi-public entities, and local government law.
He assists public entities in defining their needs and supports them in implementing contract award procedures (public procurement, partnership contracts, concessions, public service delegations, authorizations to occupy public property, etc.) and their execution.
He also assists public actors in the preliminary stages of developing legal tools and then advises them on the creation of these structures (governance studies, drafting and negotiation of contractual documentation, completion of creation formalities, etc.).
Finally, Luigi Gallo has a particular interest in mountain law, studying the interactions between public policy, social dynamics, and environmental issues. His approach aims to propose concrete legal solutions to support the ecological transition and economic and territorial changes in mountain areas.
