Jeanne Matthys

Jeanne Matthys joined Adaltys in 2024 as a trainee lawyer and became an associate lawyer in January 2025.She provides advice and litigation services in a wide range of matters related to real estate law and public and private construction. She handles issues relating to the award and performance of public and private contracts and assists builders, whether they are project owners or contractors, in both the design and execution phases. She advises public and private entities at every stage of the contract process (termination, application of penalties, preparation of final accounts, acceptance procedures, delivery or removal of reservations, legal expertise, preventive summary proceedings, claims for compensation), and assists them in enforcing their guarantees (guarantee of perfect completion, ten-year warranty, etc.).She also works with Philippe Nugue to assist associations with various issues and help them draft their articles of association.
