Having practised as a lawyer for 8 years, Anne-Margaux Halpern has developed a solid expertise in public contract law (public contracts, public service delegations), in complex contractual arrangements but also in issues relating to the economic valorisation of the public domain.
More specifically, Anne-Margaux Halpern assists local authorities and their groupings in the awarding of public contracts, from choosing the management method to the negotiation and fine-tuning of contracts, but also in executing said contracts. She also assists private operators at the contracting stage, particularly during negotiations, as well as at the implementation stage. Given her expertise, Anne-Margaux Halpern is qualified to offer her clients assistance in both advisory and litigation matters.
Her more general knowledge of public law enables her to provide tailored support to her clients, taking into account the issues relating to the protection, management and development of the public domain.
Anne-Margaux Halpern’s expertise has enabled her to participate in the drafting of Book V of the Code of Administrative Justice (Livre V du Code de justice administrative) (LexisNexis), dealing more specifically with pre-contractual and contractual summary proceedings.
