Mohamed has a great interest in new information and communication technologies. He has been interested in digital libraries for more than 20 years and has closely followed the evolution of the legal documentary offer.

With the arrival of legal start-ups and the development of platforms claiming to be based on artificial intelligence, he is developing an expertise on the legaltech phenomenon in France. He has attended major events including the annual meetings organized by the Senate “the parliamentary forum of legaltech”. He is currently preparing a doctoral thesis on the subject of “legal information and intermediation platforms”. He has previously defended his Master 2 thesis on “the management of legal knowledge in the digital age, open data and legaltechs”. This thesis explores this new field and tries to understand if law, which is made of rules and seems to be rather logical, is in line with the basic principles of knowledge formalization.

Within the framework of his activities as a documentalist, he actively participates in the realization of internal and external documentary offers, he is co-editor of the last update of the Code of funeral operations (Le Moniteur, 1 587 pages).
