Martin Declosmenil

Lawyer since 2019, Martin Declosmenil joined Adaltys’ criminal business law department in 2021. He works in various areas including criminal liability, anti-corruption, business ethics and governance

In this capacity, he assists companies and their managers in identifying and assessing criminal risks (risk mapping, delegation of authority, whistleblowing procedures). In particular, he has developed strong skills in compliance and the fight against corruption by participating in the implementation of compliance programs on a national and international scale.

Martin Declosmenil also assists the firm’s clients in the event of inspections by administrative authorities (French Anti-Corruption Agency, ACPR, AMF) or criminal proceedings.
