  • Henri Debliquis is an associate at Adaltys since July 2021.

    A graduate in public law and energy law, Henri Debliquis joined Adaltys in 2021 after a first experience in a public law firm in Lyon.

    His practice focuses on public contract litigation in matters relating to the award and performance of public contracts and other public procurement contracts on behalf of all public actors.

    In this capacity, Henri Debliquis represents these actors in the context of various disputes before the administrative judge: pre-contractual and contractual summary proceedings, provision, expertise, proceedings on the merits.

    He assists public and private persons in other areas of administrative law such as public property and administrative liability.
