Marion Schwartz has been a lawyer since 2020 and joined Adaltys in June 2023.
She advises and litigates on all issues relating to public contracts (procurement contracts, partnership contracts, concessions, AOT/BEA, etc.), at both the award and execution stages.
It also handles matters relating to public domaniality and the creation of public and semi-public structures. She assists public and private players in defining their needs, structuring and then implementing their public projects in the transport, energy, telecommunications, infrastructure and other sectors.
Marion also assists public and private players in the regulation of transport (air, rail, sea and cable car), energy (electricity, gas and hydrogen) and telecommunications.
Alongside Clément Nourrisson, Marion has developed expertise in visual pollution, outdoor advertising, local advertising regulations and the local outdoor advertising tax (TLPE).
