Hanan Chaoui is a doctorate in law and specializes in real estate law. She is also an expert in commercial leases and real estate portfolio management.

She offers her clients a particular approach since she accompanies both lessees and lessors in this field: she owes this specificity to her experience in leading firms in this field.

She advises her clients on all issues relating to commercial leases and rental law (rental litigation on all types of assets and rental relationships, eviction compensation, rent setting).

Hanan Chaoui also performs audits in the context of investment operations, and drafts and negotiates leases, particularly in the context of development operations (BEFA).
