For the past 7 years, Pierre-Antoine Dury has been involved in regulatory (urban planning scheme (PLU- Plan local d’urbanisme intercommunal), territorial coherence scheme (SCOT- Schéma de cohérence territoriale) etc.) and operational (building and development permits, etc.) urban planning, development law (joint development zone (ZAC- Zone d’aménagement concerté), housing estates, land divisions, etc.) and environmental law.
Pierre-Antoine Dury assists major public players and groups of constructors and developers in carrying out development and construction projects, from their inception to their completion.
Pierre-Antoine Dury also assists local authorities in the preparation and/or development of urban planning documents and in the monitoring of regulatory and environmental procedures.
In litigation matters, Pierre-Antoine Dury defends the interests of public or private individuals with regard to the legality of building authorisations and environmental or urban planning procedures.
Pierre-Antoine Dury also intervenes in criminal urban planning law, mainly on behalf of local authorities.
