Julia Hauguel has been a lawyer since January 2024 and joined Adaltys in February of the same year.
She advises and litigates on all issues relating to literary and artistic property law (copyright and related rights), industrial property law (patents, trademarks, designs and models), as well as digital law (data, IT contracts), commercial law and media law (audiovisual in particular).
In this capacity, Julia Hauguel assists all economic players, public or private and of all sizes (start-ups, SMEs and ETIs), in their strategy to protect and defend their intangible assets.
Julia Hauguel has also been a member of the Rennes Bar Incubator since 2019.
