Olivier Gauclère joined Cabinet Adaltys in May 2024 as a member of the team led by Françoise Brunagel, with whom he co-founded Cabinet Viginti Avocats in 2011, and with whom he worked for two years at DS Avocats.
Olivier Gauclère advises and litigates on behalf of importers, mainly in the automotive sector. He specializes in competition and distribution law, as well as the legal aspects of network distribution.
His many years of experience have given him in-depth, pragmatic knowledge of the automotive industry.
The first part of his career introduced him to the corporate legal function. As a lawyer, he was able to apply this experience, notably by outsourcing the French legal department of the Volvo Group, for which he has been the reference lawyer in France for 40 years.
