Marjorie Schnell first practiced as a legal advisor for over three years. Marjorie Schnell then took her oath of office in 1995.

In 1998 Marjorie Schnell became the manager of a car dealership.
Marjorie Schnell then became a lawyer within the G7 Group in the employment law department. Marjorie Schnell then decided to take a Master II in Human Resources.

Back in Bordeaux, Marjorie Schnell was admitted to the bar in September 2002 and launched her own employment and commercial law firm.
