Marion Drapper has been a lawyer since January 2022 and joined Adaltys in September 2023.
She advises and litigates in industrial property law (patents, trademarks, designs), literary and artistic property (copyright and related rights), digital law (data, IT contracts), commercial law and media law (audiovisual in particular).
Marion Drapper supports start-ups, SMEs and ETIs in their strategy to protect and defend their intangible assets.
Marion Drapper has been a member of the Rennes Bar Incubator since 2021.
