Estelle Pezet joined Adaltys in 2021 and practices in public business law and energy law. She mainly advises but also litigates on contractual and compensation matters, on behalf of private companies and public entities, in particular in the field of renewable energy and public infrastructures.
After three years as a lawyer in a major French construction and concessions group, Estelle has developed a contractual practice combining public and private law as well as common law experience.
Estelle assists both private operators during the bidding process (review of project documentation and subcontracts, negotiations with partners or members of the consortium, fine-tuning with the buyer and legal closing) and buyers during the award and execution of their contracts.
In the field of renewable energies, Estelle works on purely private development projects (generally benefiting from the purchase obligation or the remuneration complement) as well as projects combining the participation of local authorities and private players in the sector.
