Clément Allagnat joined Adaltys in January 2023 as an associate.
His main area of practice is energy law, where he advises and litigates on behalf of public and private clients.
Clément Allagnat assists public bodies with their energy projects (occupation of public land, public procurement contracts) and their relations with energy market players (performance of public supply contracts, network connections, etc.).
He also assists energy suppliers and producers with regulatory, contractual and complex set-up issues: supplier-consumer relations, individual and collective self-consumption, grid access, electrical and gas terminals for vehicles, innovative contracts (PPA, aggregation), market mechanisms (ARENH, CEE, back-up supply); public/private partnerships; relations with the regulatory authority (CRE).
Clément Allagnat is a lecturer in local authority law at the Université Catholique de Lyon.
