Christophe Barnier joined the firm and the Marseille office in July 2021 upon graduating from law school, after a final internship in the real estate department of Lacourte Raquin Tatar in Paris.
First as a juriste, then as an lawyer after being sworn in in January 2022, Christophe advises and litigates on all issues related to land management law (transfer operations, titles constituting real rights, leasing), construction law and real estate development law.
He is also trained in public real estate law, and is likely to work on real estate issues relating to both public and private operations.
Finally, he has developed, alongside Julie Gomez-Balat, a particular expertise concerning the projects of actors involved in renewable energies (photovoltaic, wind, hydroelectric…) for the management of all their real estate, land and construction issues.
