Cécile Palavit

Cécile Palavit has been a member of the Lyon Bar since 2021 after having practiced at the Paris Bar in French and Anglo-Saxon law firms since 2016 and then in the corporate world, with Paris-Saint-Germain.

Trained in business law firms, Cécile Palavit has had the opportunity to work on large-scale operations both (i) in commercial leasing law (contractual drafting, litigation, sales operations concerning shopping centers in the Paris region, business premises, premises located on the Champs Elysées, Place Vendôme, etc.), (ii) in construction law (CPI, VEFA, BEFA, construction contracts, architects’ contracts, etc.), (iii) and in more global operations of sale / acquisition / merger / reorganization (due diligence). ), (iii) as well as during more global operations of transfer / acquisition / merger / reorganization (due diligence management).
