Anne-Claire Louis has been a member of the Lyon Bar since 2004. She specializes in urban planning, pre-emption, expropriation, environment and development.
She has developed a recognized expertise in all matters related to land management and is involved in all issues related to urban planning law, both regulatory and operational.
She accompanies several communities for the realization of development projects, in particular in the elaboration of the files of DUP/Declaration of project.
Anne-Claire Louis is in charge of the preparation and daily follow-up of expropriation procedures (preparation of briefs, answers to specific questions, notifications, preparation of hearings…).
She intervenes in both the administrative and judicial phases (assistance in setting up procedures and determining compensation for expropriation and eviction of occupants).
Since 2012, Anne-Claire Louis has regularly led training sessions on the fundamentals of land management as part of the Cursus EFE training program.
