Lydia Houmer works with Gilles Le Chatelier in the areas of public business law and energy law, both as counsel and in litigation.
In this capacity, she advises on issues of local government law, electoral law, civil service law, public property law and public procurement law.
She also acts in matters of energy law, in the context of administrative and judicial litigation.
