Sarah-Marie Boyer has been a member of the Lyon Bar since January 2019.

She mainly intervenes on issues related to public contracts and energy law (photovoltaic, wind power, hydroelectricity and energy performance), particularly in relation to complex contractual arrangements and contractual performance, as well as on general administrative law and public domain issues, whether in advisory or litigation matters.

In this respect, Sarah-Marie Boyer assists local authorities and private operators in the preparation, implementation and execution of their projects.

As part of her studies at the French Law School (Ecole des Avocats), Sarah-Marie BOYER completed two six-month internships at the Third Chamber of the Administrative Court of Lyon and the SCP Deygas Perrachon et Associés.
