    • After nearly two years of internships in digital and personal data law and obtaining her certificate of aptitude for the legal profession, Octavie Biechler joined ADALTYS in January 2023 as an associate to Edouard Lemoalle, in the Data, Digital and Cybersecurity department.

    Octavie has been trained in both French and English Common Law, and is fluent in French, English and Italian.

    She advises and litigates on all matters relating to personal data law, technology law and cybersecurity.

    She also assists Sylvie le Damany on RGPD issues related to compliance, in particular concerning professional alerts.

    Finally, she develops with Edouard Lemoalle a particular expertise in the field of telecoms.
