Mounia Palagi joined ADAMAS as a lawyer in January 2020. Her activity is divided between two practice areas: public business law (public procurement, public economic law, public and private domain development, public construction, etc.) and energy law (renewable energy production, electricity and gas distribution, guarantees of origin, energy performance, energy project support structures, etc.). The cases in which she intervenes often relate simultaneously to these two areas of expertise.
She assists local authorities, inter-municipalities, their satellite entities (public establishments, Public Interest Groupings (GIP- Groupement d’intérêt public), trade unions, etc.), public companies but also private operators, either as part of their relations with public authorities (public service managers, occupants of the public domain, holders of public contracts, etc.) or in the context of their purely private projects.
Mounia Palagi acts both as a consultant and as a project support, from their development to their completion and in litigation before the administrative courts.
