For nearly 25 years, Laurent Sery has been a recognized expert in public business law.
He advises and assists major public and private players (including IDF Mobilités, the Seine Nord Europe Canal Company, the Paris 2024 Olympic Games Organizing Committee, the European Metropolis of Lille, VNF, the Grand Port Maritime de Rouen, etc.) in structuring complex projects (contractual engineering, governance structuring, handling of public domain issues and competition law issues, etc.)
He has also developed specific expertise in the field of the execution of contracts and works contracts and related intellectual services (expert appraisal, pre-litigation, claims, statements of account, alternative dispute resolution methods, compensation litigation, etc.).
Laurent Sery also acts on behalf of numerous public actors (local authorities, EPCIs, EPTs, State public establishments, etc.) in matters of civil service law, institutional law, mixed economy law and local authority law.
A specialist in litigation procedure, he regularly pleads before both administrative and judicial jurisdictions; since 1999, Laurent SERY has been a lecturer in local administrative litigation in the Masters II in Local Authority Law at the University of Paris V, René Descartes
