François Fourmeaux advises and represents public entities (state entities, local authorities, public establishments) and local public companies in litigation, but also private actors, mainly in public procurement, public services and public domain law, as well as with regard to institutional issues.

In particular through project management assistance (AMO- Assistance à la maîtrise d’ouvrage) missions, he assists public-sector players in matters of project structuring for the construction and/or operation of equipment or infrastructure (public transport, urban property, cultural and sports facilities, etc.), as well as in transfer-type arrangements with charges, calls for projects, “public sales before completion (VEFA- Ventes en l’état future d’achèvement)”, etc.

François Fourmeaux also regularly publishes articles (Le Moniteur, Légibase) and conducts training courses in public procurement law for professionals (Le Moniteur, Local Public Companies Federation).
