Fanny Marsaut

As a lawyer since 2018, Fanny Marsaut is mainly involved in regulatory and operational urban planning (PLU, SCOT, urban planning authorizations), in environmental law, as well as in development and land issues (expropriation, right of first refusal).

Fanny Marsaut assists major public actors and groups of builders and developers in the realization of development and construction operations, from their set-up to their completion.

She also assists local authorities throughout the development or evolution of their urban planning documents, as well as the monitoring of regulatory and environmental procedures.

In the field of litigation, Fanny Marsaut defends the interests of local authorities or petitioners with regard to the legality of construction authorizations and environmental procedures.

Fanny Marsaut also intervenes in criminal urban planning law, mainly on behalf of local authorities.
