For 15 years, Chloé Fischer has been involved in operational urban planning (setting up operations with specific expertise in commercial urban planning) and real estate law (commercial leases, co-ownership, sales). She assists property developers, landowners and retailers in the implementation of their real estate projects at the planning, negotiation, contracting and execution stages.

Given her operational approach acquired through her experience as a property manager in a Group with diversified real estate projects, Chloé Fischer offers appropriate solutions and arrangements in these areas of activity. She is thus recognised by her clients as a “facilitator” in the implementation of projects and the conclusion of contracts.

She has expertise in both consulting and litigation and favours amicable settlement of disputes whenever possible.

She runs training courses for professionals and regularly publishes articles on commercial leases and commercial urban planning.
