Alice Gandoulphe joined the firm in January 2021.

Her practice has led her to deal with all issues related to the conclusion and performance of all public procurement contracts, at the pre-litigation and litigation stages.

Supporting public entities in their purchasing process is also an integral part of his expertise: choice of the relevant procedure, contractual engineering and support in decision-making, contractual management of ongoing contracts (in particular management of pre-litigation and litigation claims in public works contracts).

She also advises on public and private construction law, in particular on the liability of the various parties involved in the operation (implementation of contractual guarantees and legal liability of the builders, preventive summary proceedings and disorders, etc.) and on general public law.
